How to Not Let Your Success Drown Your Employees
with Heather Chumbris
The Growing Your Team Podcast Episode 129
There comes a point in your business where what got you here will not get you to the next level. Current processes that seemed effective at one time will start to reach their breaking point. When this happens, it doesn’t just affect you but your employees as well.
You want rockstar employees to stay on your team, so we must look at ways to assist them through demanding changes. To do this, make sure to take the time to reevaluate how your business is run. What’s working with your current level of clients and the size of your team? What’s no longer working and needs to change?
As your business continues to thrive, you have two choices: make needed changes to your processes and systems or run good, loyal employees out of your business.
Heather Chumbris shares her experience on how with success, it’s vital to look at how your team members are being impacted by the growth so good employees are motivated to stay.
