About Melanie Bowman:
Ten years into operating their home care business, Melanie hit the ceiling. Melanie knew there had to be a better way but couldn’t get her team unstuck. She was regularly taking 2AM phone calls from angry clients and even angrier customers. Her growth had outpaced her processes, and she had people issues that she thought were impossible to fix. It was at that time, the universe sent Melanie “Get a Grip, a fictional story about a company that implements EOS®. The rest is history.
They doubled their revenue over a three-year period, made people decisions that she once thought were impossible and she started having fun again! The successful exit of their business in 2017 is a direct result of implementing EOS®. After they sold the company, Melanie knew if there was a way she could take away, even a little bit, of the pain of other entrepreneurs she would. Since then she has started two companies, wrote a book, and became a Professional EOS® Implementer.
A social worker with a business background, Melanie is uniquely qualified to facilitate teams through healthy conflict and difficult conversations. She helped leadership teams optimize their performance, get more of what they want from their business, and ultimately live a better life.
