After posting a job, it’s time for the candidates to start coming in. Whether the candidate pool is large or small, the struggle many business owners find themselves in is figuring out who is worthy of an interview. 

Here’s a secret. Without a plan, the sorting of candidates can be overwhelming, and there’s a high probability of you making the wrong decisions.

Within the first weekend my job posting being live, over 30 applications were received. Instead of letting the overwhelm of having to read 30+ resumes get to me, I followed my plan and quickly narrowed the pool down to the right people to interview.
