Have you been tempted to use a generic job posting for your job opening?

Generic job postings are so easy to come across. You can find them through a simple search of the internet, and many business accounting and HR platforms offer a library of sample postings. But are they any good? Will they help you attract your ideal candidates?

My advice is don’t! While they might be tempting to use, it is never a good idea to use a generic job posting when trying to find your perfect-fit new hire.
