What’s Included in the month-to-month Micro Hiring Consulting program?

Consulting Calls

Each month, you have one 45-minute one-on-one consulting call.

The topic is the call is up to you. We can determine what position you should add, review your job post, conduct a How to Interview crash course, design your onboarding plan, or anything else to support your hiring and onboarding journey.

Office Hours

There are two office-hour sessions each month. These two blocks of time are opportunities for any member of the micro consulting community to ask questions and get support.

Attend one, attend both, attend the whole hour and hear other people’s questions, or only stay long enough to get the support you need.

Live Training

There will be one live training session on a specific topic each month. During this training, we will dive deep into a part of the hiring or onboarding process and end each session with a Q&A.

Topics include how to write a job post, where to post the job, how to navigate sticky interviews, and more!

WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT?

You can join the program at any time on a month to month basis. So join for one month and check it out, or stay in it for three years as you continue to grow your team. The goal is for you to achieve all the value you can from the training and access to Jamie. And then move on when you’re ready.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I PLAN TO SPEND IN THE PROGRAM?

There is no universal time commitment, it’s all based on what you need. Working on a hiring project right now? You might want to spend more active time in the program than if you are in-between hires. 

Between your one-on-one call, live training, and office hours, there are around four optional hours of calls per month. All other communication is asynchronous through email.

Yes! This program was designed for business owners struggling with needing to hire support to take work off their place and free up their time for activities that continue to grow the business. So whether this is your first time hiring or you have hired before, you’re in the right place.

Definitely. We know that hiring is a huge, complicated project — you need to know what role you need to fill, the kind of person that would be ideal, write the job description, have a plan for the interview process, select the right person, and onboard them into the company. There are so many places things can — and will! — go wrong if you’re not prepared, and you’re not alone.

Even if you’ve had a bad experience in the past, you CAN successfully hire in the future, and this program will lead you every step of the way.

WHAT IF IT'S NOT WHAT I EXPECT?

If you dive into the program and it’s just not what you expected, you are free to cancel at any time!

There is no long-term commitment, just continued support if the program is the right fit for you. If you find that it’s not, you can easily cancel. You will continue to have access for the time you already paid for, but then your access will end.
