The Lewkowitz Wealth Management Group is looking to add a client-focused Client Service Specialist to our team.

 

Job Overview

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for office management, client management, and client outreach tasks that allow the office to serve clients effectively and meet all compliance regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-centered, has experience completing administrative or support responsibilities, and is proactive with their work. This position is for you if you enjoy speaking with current clients, want to follow a proven process for office success, hold yourself to high work standards, and have a solution-oriented mindset.

 

Job Details

  • Tracks client meetings and data to ensure industry compliance
  • Confirms trade information in clients’ accounts
  • Performs client outreach to acquire information or provide updates
  • Understands the dynamics of the team to serve clients successfully and direct incoming requests
  • Logs incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone calls as needed
  • Maintains and prints applications, client files, and transaction sheets as needed
  • Assists with the preparation for client meetings, including scheduling and file preparation
  • Prepares, scans, uploads and tracks client information from meetings, transactions, illustrations, and outside information to the required file and client management systems
  • Performs routine daily, weekly and monthly activities to confirm client account information, track statuses, and prepare reports
  • Organizes and prepares the office daily for clients and staff
  • Assists with office initiatives that have a goal of making clients feel welcome each time they enter
  • Acts as a team player to ensure clients are cared for and the office runs smoothly
  • Performs other office and client administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of admin or support experience (Required)
  • Experience working directly with clients (Required)
  • Is comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients over the phone and in person (Required)
  • Financial industry experience (Preferred)
  • Full-time position
  • Required Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday-Thursday, and 8:30 am to 3 pm on Fridays
  • The ability to work daily in the South Tampa office
